1.Click on the Management menu at the top of the screen.
2.Click on Attending Provider, Requesting Provider, or Resident depending upon what you want to archive. A screen will appear corresponding to the option that you selected.
3.Select the record(s) you wish to have archived by clicking on the row.
4.Then, look for the Archive Provider or Archive Resident heading next to a check box. Click on the check box or on the text itself. The box will become checked.
5.With the record(s) selected and the box checked, click the Save button.
