Are you having trouble with Intelicode® 11? Here are some of the most Frequently Asked Questions about our latest software.
Q. The options to export a report to PDF or Word is unavailable. What is Wrong?
A. If you are using Microsoft Word 2003 or earlier, you will need to upgrade your software. Any version that is newer than Word 2003 will work when exporting your Reports to PDF or Word.
Q. I'm getting an error when trying to run a report. Is there something wrong with Intelicode® 11?
A. You must have Internet Explorer 8 or later to do any type of reporting. Please contact your IT department to help you get this update.
Q. How long will I have to be on the waiting list?
A. The waiting list will be compiled on a first-come first-serve basis. The sooner you sign up, the sooner you will get Intelicode® 11. The download will be a 15 day Trial Version. If you have an active license please give us a call to activate your full subscription or purchase one if you do not.
Q. How do I set up INTELICODE 11 with SQL Server?
A. We have provided a PDF on this very question so that you can easily walk through each step in order to get your SQL server up and running with INTELICODE 11.

Transitioning to Intelicode® 11 FAQ
INTELICODE® 11 is here and we have been asked many questions about the future of each of our softwares. Here are some new questions that you might have about the transition to INTELICODE® 11.
Q. How long will INTELICODE® 8 be supported?
A. We are planning on running support for INTELICODE® 8 until October 1, 2012. At that point the ICD-9 data will no longer be updated and technical support will no longer be provided. All customers will need to be using Intelicode® version 11 by that date to continue to receive updates and support.
Q. What do I do if my subscription needs renewal before October 1, 2012?
A. If your subscription expires before October 1st, you may renew your yearly subscription for Intelicode® 8. However, your product will not be updated for ICD-9 or CPT codes. We strongly suggest migrating over to Intelicode® 11 prior to October 1st so that your software will be up-to-date and ready for the coming year.
Q. How long will I have to be on the waiting list?

Q. Will I still be able to choose between Solo™, Pro™, or, P.A.T.H.™?
A. Intelicode® 11 is still available as Solo™, Pro™, or P.A.T.H.™ products. They are now all available as a single download. During your evaluation time, you will be prompted to choose what Intelicode® 11 software product you wish to evaluate. Simply choose from the option that suites your needs best and you are ready to go.
Q. Will there be a price increase for Intelicode® 11?
A. At this time there is no price increase. If you have a valid license for Intelicode® 8, there will be NO price increase to upgrade to 11, your subscription will continue until it expires. Future product pricing is and always has been subject to change in the future.

Basic Intelicode® 11 FAQ
Q. How is INTELICODE® 11 different from the current version of INTELICODE®?
A. Customization is the biggest change. You are no longer forced to report in a set manner. You can sort however and whatever you want.
* Importing data is a great feature with Intelicode® 11. Now, the user can import patient data and information from an Excel Spreadsheet instead of typing it in. This feature is a HUGE time saver and one that we feel will be of greatest benefit to our Intelicode® users.
* Point Systems are now changing. We have set up a standardized point system with Intelicode® 11 so you have more consistency when it comes to rating your audit frequencies. We are probably going to get a lot of calls on this one because everyone does it differently. If you don't like this feature, you are not obligated to use it.
* Audit Prep is another new feature in Intelicode® 11. You now have the ability to have others in the office add or Import from Excel patient data to speed up your audit. You simply double-click on Audit Prep and you are ready to go.
* Administrative Features and Lock-outs are now included in Intelicode® 11. We have two levels of Administrative Permissions, so now you can set up who can edit offices and macros. There is a "Read-Only" level where the individual can NOT add, delete, or edit data. They can only view it. We also have "Administrative Full-Control" where you have FULL control over offices.
Q. Why the change? What is wrong with the original Intelicode®?
A. Nothing is wrong with Intelicode®. The changes are for YOU! All changes that are coming in Intelicode® 11 are suggestions from you. Intelicode® 11 is tailored to your suggestions for making auditing easier and more user-friendly. We have listened to you, and that is why we are here with Intelicode® 11.
Q. Will I have to relearn the program? I hate change!!
A. No! For the most part, Intelicode® 11 is very much the same, and we planned it that way. You don't need new things to learn. Reporting, Fee Schedules, and the Point System are some of the new features that you will need to get used to. It is not relearning, but just getting used to all the flexibility you now have.
Q. Will you be offering any training or seminars to help me learn the new software?
A. Yes. We are offering both webinars and personal walk-throughs for our Intelicode® 11 software. Simply click Intelicode® 11 Webinars and let the learning begin!
Q. Will I lose my previous information stored with INTELICODE® such as offices, payers, and macros?
A. This upgrade will NOT affect any of your current offices, macros, or payors. We do not even touch the office that you are upgrading. We are simply adding an upgraded copy to your system, not replacing your version. We DO NOT DELETE DATA at Intelicode®.
Q. Can I have the current version of INTELICODE and INTELICODE 11 installed on my computer at the same time?
A. Yes, both versions of INTELICODE can be run simultaneously without conflicts.
Will I lose my data if there are updates to INTELICODE 11?
Q. No, INTELICODE 11 is a release candidate and updates will be just that. We will continue to make improvements to INTELICODE 11, just as we always have. Updates will not affect any data that is stored using INTELICODE.
Q. If I install INTELICODE 11 and keep my previous version of INTELICODE, will they share the same data files?
A. No, they will use different data files. Changes made in INTELICODE 11 will not be saved to your previous version of INTELICODE; nor will changes made to your previous INTELICODE be saved to version 11.
Q. Can I import my previous INTELICODE data into INTELICODE 11?
A. Yes, previous INTELICODE offices can be imported. Details are in the INTELICODE 11 manual.
Q. Where do I select the INTELICODE Product I want to download? (Solo, Pro, or PATH)
A. All INTELICODE 11 products have the same download file. You can choose the product version you would like to evaluate during the installation of INTELICODE 11.
Q. Can I switch versions of INTELICODE 11 at any time without affecting my data?
A. Yes, If you choose to evaluate Pro and decide to activate Solo or PATH, your data will not be lost. The same is true of any version.
Q. When does my INTELICODE 11 evaluation end?
A. Your INTELICODE 11 evaluation ends after 15 days of installation. This is different than the current version of INTELICODE. After that 15 day evaluation, you can call to activate your subscription to INTELICODE 11.
Q. What is Enterprise?
A. INTELICODE 11 offers an Enterprise version of INTELICODE. Currently, this version of INTELICODE 11 does not have all the features that the final version will possess. When it is finalized, Enterprise will offer: CodeSmart, Document Editor, InteliCurve, and InteliMerge in one license.
