InteliTip

Unable to create a new office in Intelicode® Pro or PATH?   With Intelicode® 12, your system administrator can assign in the Adminstrator Panel what level of permission each end user has.  There are four levels of permissions.

The first level is “Read Only”. The “Read Only” level gives the end user the ability to look at visits in Intelicode® but that is all they can do.   They cannot create or edit any visits or change any management screen options.

“User” is the next level of permissions.  This gives the end user the ability to create and edit visits, delete visits, and create and edit all management options.  The only thing this level cannot do is create or edit offices.

The next level is “Administrator”.  This level gives the end user the ability to create, edit and delete visits, and create and edit all management options.  This level of permission also allows the end user to create or edit offices.   This level is the only level in which the end user can create or edit offices unless the option is chosen for “Custom” also.

The “Custom” level gives your system administrator the ability to customize what the end user can or cannot do.  If this level is used though, it has to be used across the board for all end users given this permission type.
